The result of this process is a verification study, containing a brief description of the plans, their feasibility from the point of view of legislation and laws, and possibly a calculation and verification at the building office.

Architectural study - we will prepare a proposal for your project that combines the client's wishes and the architect's knowledge. The study usually includes several meetings between the client and the architect, and the result of this process is a high-quality proposal with a description of the concept, materials, technologies, developed floor plan layout options, or a 3D model, visualization, situations and views.

Building permit - we will prepare the documentation for the building permit and, if necessary, arrange everything at the building office.

Implementation documentation - We will prepare implementation documentation and possibly arrange the entire construction, or we will supervise your construction company. The implementation documentation includes all the complex details and connections of the house.

Author's and technical supervision - we will ensure that the building is built exactly according to the project and in accordance with all applicable technical and construction standards.
